Questions we hear often
How much does genset rental cost in Gurgaon?
The rate depends on the genset size in kVA, how long you need it, who supplies the diesel, and the delivery distance. Send your date, location and what you need to power, and we reply with a clear quote on WhatsApp.
Do you also supply UPS, batteries, solar and electrical panels?
Yes. Besides genset rental we supply UPS and battery backup, solar solutions, and electrical panels and equipment, and we offer maintenance contracts and installation. Tell us what you need and we will send a quote.
What size genset do I need?
Genset size is quoted in kVA. As a rough rule, usable power in kW is about 0.8 times the kVA. Add up everything that will run at the same time, then choose a genset with some headroom. Use the size guide at the top of this page, or send us your equipment list and we will suggest the right size.
Can I rent a genset for just one night?
Yes. We rent for a single event, a season, or on a fixed monthly basis for regular use such as evening matches.
Who pays for diesel?
By default, you supply the diesel and pay only for what the genset uses. If you want fuel arranged, ask for it in your quote.
Can I run a diesel genset in Gurgaon during GRAP restrictions?
In winter, air-quality rules in NCR can restrict the use of diesel gensets under the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP). Essential services are exempt, and gensets that meet the notified emission standards or use approved emission-control systems are treated differently. The rules change from year to year, so share your dates and location and we will tell you what applies before you book.
How soon can you deliver a generator?
Message us your date and location. For planned events and regular rentals we confirm availability in your quote. For urgent needs, send a WhatsApp and we will tell you what is possible.
What if the genset stops working?
Call or message us. Maintenance and fault repair are our responsibility during the rental.
